INSURANCE

All local PTAs are covered by liability insurance purchased by MCCPTA. MCCPTA bills each local for its share of the total bill in the fall. Riders for special events (fairs, dances, etc.) must be purchased separately.

• Certificate of Liability Insurance

The insurance certificate can be used to show that your PTA has insurance.

Even though various names are listed on the certificate, our local agent is Dave Feldmann 301-424-2626. Santucci is our broker, and the insurance is from Montgomery Insurance Co, now a larger company Ohio Casualty.
